Returns & Exchanges

At this time Maggie Moo Pie Designs does not accept returns.  However we do allow for exchanges to get that perfect fit for you or your pup!  Need a smaller size?  A larger one?   No problem at all!  Contact us at maggiemoopiedesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order for directions on how to proceed and we will get your exchange started! 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to ship back the product that you are exchanging and postage to ship out the new item.  An invoice will be sent to the email the order was placed with for additional shipping cost. If you are sizing down and your new item is less than the original item the difference will be deducted from shipping cost.

Any items you are asking to exchange must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and free of any dirt and/or hair. We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Please note that we charge a $6 handling fee for items being exchanged more than once (exchanging an already exchanged product)  No worries though, your first exchange is still free!

Please note: Maggie Moo Pie Designs is not responsible for items lost in transit back to our studio. Maggie Moo Pie Designs is not responsible for inaccurate addresses provided or packages lost it transit once shipped.

• Please allow 5-10 business days for your exchange to be processed once received.

• If your order is outside the 3 day window, please email me to earn store credit for qualifying items.
